“Nick was our salesman. He walked us through each step in the process of creating our new custom mattress for our boat cabin. He had us trace out the shape of what we needed, and then he had us test several mattresses in the show room without telling us what we were feeling for, just asked us our impressions first and had us choose a favorite. Then he told us what he observed and why we liked those the best and what the mattresses were made of. He helped is tailor our mattress to our body types and sleep styles. It seemed very scientific and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. He also promised lower prices than competitors in Seattle and we were surprised at how reasonable the price ended up being for the quality product we received. “I was overwhelmed with my ‘to do list’ after my father passed away, not knowing anyone in the area (aware of people who prey on people in my position). Linda K. came in and made the impossible come true. What a hard worker she is! She has a network of helpers who are as hardworking and honest as she is. She is always thinking of best solutions drawing on her vast experience. She doesn’t like to see waste and shared connections and ideas for things that are not saleable. My father had collected art from an artist who Linda researched to ask a fair price, which was a pleasant surprise. I had never expected that attention in this kind of sale. Linda has a following of buyers who trust her, so there will always be a great turnout at all her estate sales. On the day of our sale the power went out! There was no light! My hopes were dashed, but she somehow was able to provide light and offer headlamps and flash lights and the sale was a success surpassing her original sales estimate! Which brings us to another very important topic of honesty. Linda takes pride in her work and respects her customers which leads to a trust that removes added stress. I was able to turn my attention to other things needing to be done while she arranged a team to do a deep clean inside and out. Within a few weeks my father’s house was ready to be sold and did sell shortly after. I look back and I am amazed at the record time it took to achieve the result we wanted, and I can’t recommend Linda enough. She will do her best for you and more. She knows this business and how to get the most for you. Most of all, she does not take advantage, you can feel confident with your trust of Linda K in all aspects of your downsizing or liquidation. “We've purchased two core drills from BLUEROCK, plus all sizes of bits and a couple of extensions. Their products are fantastic; the stands really add stability and help the bits bite immediately, whether coring through asphalt or concrete, and no matter the temperature. They answer the phone, return calls, and get your orders out the door quickly. They also follow up on those orders right through delivery. They'll happily answer questions about their products, and you can save thousands versus their competition. Please consider the largest hole you will ever need to drill before purchasing. We didn't know the difference between them (and didn't ask) and purchased the smaller of the two, only to have to turn around and order a larger drill a year later. If you're not sure, get the largest one to begin with! You're still literally saving 3k versus the most popular brand on the market!! The photos I've shared are from two different jobs, showcasing each of the drills we've purchased.”

“Replaced my kitchen sink and faucet on my own… but when attempting to connect the new faucet I ran into a problem beyond my skill level (which was limited to begin with). The water valves would need replaced. I did the work on a Saturday and found this out on a Sunday morning. I had no luck when I called around (either left a message or was told someone might be able to come out later in the week); no luck until I called Arn’s Plumbing. Duane called me right back just before he was heading to church. He was able to have someone come out the next day which was incredible to me. Levi and his apprentice came out and replaced the valves, connected the faucet, installed a new garbage disposal, and assembled the remaining piping all in less than an hour. They worked quickly and efficiently and charged me a fair price. More than fair considering the time they saved me by finishing the job for me. It has been over a month now and everything is working great. I will definitely be reaching out to Arn’s Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.”
