“This place has some magic that slows down time and makes you don't want to leave. We were here for a night while exploring Whidbey island, and the experience was fantastic. Jaime was such a warm person who did an excellent job hosting this cottage. The cottage was impressive in every aspect: peaceful and quiet, private house, artistic decorations, large space, comfortable bed, and modern amenities. The next morning we had delicious quiches made with eggs coming from the barn directly! We also got a chance to get along with her adorable hen and mini goats. It's a perfect place for a weekend getaway to rejuvenate and relax.”

“My grandpa lived at Sea View for the last two and a half years of his life (January 2019 – April 2021). When we toured there, one of the residents said that she could not imagine living anywhere else. I can now say that I agree 100% with this sentiment. My grandpa had dementia, as do most of the residents there. Due to this, it did take about 6-12 months before he stopped asking to return home with my grandma. During this transition, the adult family home owners, caregivers, and residents were all very patient and gracious. From day one, the owners worked with our family to tailor to our specific needs. From medication management to furniture to the sugar free syrup that my grandpa always requested, they always made sure that my grandpa was comfortable and well taken care of. When his caregiving needs increased, they worked with us so that he could stay in the home. During the first year of the pandemic, Sea View took every precaution to keep the home safe. Not one of the residents or caregivers got Covid (or was even hospitalized for any reason), which is a testament to their great and diligent care. I felt confident that if anything changed in my grandpa’s health, the owners would give me a call right away. As I work in the healthcare field and have visited a number of adult family homes, I have very high standards. Sea View provides exceptional care, but most importantly, it lives up to its name, as it truly is a family. My grandpa was surrounded by love during the last years of his life and I will be forever grateful.”

“This guy is legit. My back tire blew in lake Stevens and every where I called was 2-3 hour wait. I called this place 10 minutes before they closed and he said he got me. Stayed open until I could get there and had the job done in 20 minutes. I bought 2 used tires for my rear wheels for $150 and $20 to take my old tires, total $170. Other places I called wanted $350 for one. He does new or used tires, suspension, and brakes. Was super knowledgeable and helped me figure out a problem. I will be going here for my tire needs”

“It seems almost strange to write a review about a church, but this is a very special place. There is nothing new under the sun, but TEC is a refreshing change from what seems to be normative today in the Church. Some churches have all head and no heart while others have all heart and not much head. It's great to go to a place that seems to be balanced. While church styles are different and some like a more or less lively service, I would suggest at least coming a few times to see what is going on. I am just a guy who goes there, not on staff or anything, and our family absolutely loves going to church. Not because we leave all happy about ourselves, but because we were taught the Word and it seems like the leaders are trying to live what they are teaching. That is sadly kind of a novelty today. Come check it out and if I am there make sure you say "Hello" and hopefully I'll beat you to the intro:)”

“7 years ago I moved to Kalama and started taking my vehicle and family vehicles here. Troy and Lee have always been friendly and honest. The mechanics do great work at fair pricing. It’s always been hard for me to trust a mechanic shop, but Kalama Auto Supply has truly been the only one. I usually don’t write reviews, but they have been so great to my family and I, I felt they deserve this review. The reason I trust them is because there have been a couple specific times I brought my vehicle in the past for issues, and they gave it back to me with a simple, quick and cheap fix. They had an opportunity to make up another reason that was wrong with my car that would have cost a lot more, but they are not looking to overcharge or nickel and dime. They just want to provide the right service and fix. That’s why they always keep busy. Honest work. A couple years ago I moved out of town to Vancouver, but I still bring my family vehicles here, even for basic oil changes because of the great service they provide. Thanks guys!”

“We found Rick and Candice's butsiness on Angie's List and were impressed by the great reviews they have received. Now that the job is finished, we'd like to add another rave. The firm deserves all the positive feedback. They were flexible in the scheduling phase to refinish our 28 year old oak floors. We were able to be gone during most of the six days the job took and we were completely satisfied with the outcome. In addition to the refinish in the in the main living area, Rick built a new white oak stairway to the second floor, and put another finish coat in an upstairs bedroom, which had received little use over the years and didn't need refinishing. Everything turned out beautifully. and we appreciated seeing Rick's enthusiasm and pride in his work. He clearly enjoys what he is doiing, and we are glad we chose him for this project. “I called this morning because we found a bold face hornet nest the size of a basketball! I'm allergic to hornets so they said they were going to get a technician out at the end of the day. Alexander was out around 5:30 pm and left at about 8 pm. The nest was built around a few branches and required being cut out. Alexander worked diligently and removed the nest then checked the property for any others. We have been Croach customers for years now and couldn't be happier with their technicians.
