“We have been taking our cars to Jerry and Bainbridge Island Auto Repair (BIAR) for 6 years. We have a 15 year old Mercedes convertible, a 17 year old Jag, a 3 year old Denali and a 1 year old Outback. The service has been reliable and prompt. When the Jag needed a new seat motor we went to another shop on the island and they ordered an incorrect part, and would not send back the part for a credit due to its "age". BIAR ordered the correct part, which was new and installed it without any problems. They are not the cheapest for standard items, but they are not unreasonable. For the more complex repairs they are more than fair, and stand behind their work. If you have a problem with what they did, they fix it without argument. We had an air-conditioning compressor go out, they replaced it but it did not work as well as expected. Took it back in and the problem was fixed without any questions asked.”

“My experience with Achtuning was the best I’ve ever had with any shop. Recently purchased an RS5, and wanted to replace the stock exhaust and downpipes, install an RMR transmission cooler, and add spacers. Worked with Kelly, Zach, and Bill from start to finish. Every interaction with them is professional, and you just feel like these guys are a classy group. They were the only shop willing to do the trans cooler install, and it turned out perfect. There was an issue with the exhaust manufacturer that Zach managed, and after the manufacturer fell on their face a third time, I was ready to return the system. Bill stepped in to resolve it and save the sale, and in the end the exhaust was the perfect sound I was looking for. Zach stepped up yet again and worked the manufacturer to apply a discount for the problems they caused. To top it off, there was a misunderstanding at the end, but instead of communicating through email, Kelly picked up the phone and called to clear things up. To boot, it turned out I was in the wrong. Fantastic experience all around.”

“Good prices the store was a little on the empty side when it comes for being stocked. Wish there were more items. They had clearance graphic tees for $1.50 so that was nice but the clearance rack was unorganized so I was constantly checking the price scanner to be should to catch the sales. Kafaline I think that's how u spill her name, she show me and brand new HP computer the color was grey we then finished with the paper work gave her the first down payment and she said she going to verify my info so I left she called me back and said I could pick up the computer I got back there was someone by the name of Bryant he finish the paper work only to try and sale me a used pc and got mad me because I didnt want it I felt like a victim and I wasn't going by a pc that was used PERIOD he got so upset he put my money back on my debit card. KAFALINE, and BRYANT are deceiving, liars. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT THEY ARE SAYING”
