“Living four hours away from our daughter I panicked when she called me and told me there was a noise in the front end of her car. I immediately began searching Martinsburg WV auto repair shops on Google concerned about blindly calling an auto repair company I did not know. Thanks to the caring professionals at Martinsburg Service Center (who I never met in person), our daughter and her car are safely back on the road. Upon an assessment of the car this group of auto repair professionals actually would not let our daughter drive the car away from their shop. They were kind and caring enough to take her home even before I made contact with them regarding the condition of the car. This group of professionals were informative, caring, honest, and very professional throughout the entire experienced. “Before you go and leave some nasty review, have a chat with the employees here. If you speak to them like they’re humans (shocker they are instead of your prescription hand servants) they are all actually extremely sweet. The amount of comments here calling them incompetent is disgusting.These people are filling over 5000 prescriptions a week! You are not their only patient! If you don’t see anyone else in the store that suddenly means your prescription is the only one they’re working on? Golden rule- if you give respect you shall receive respect! I have never seen more adults act like such children than when I shop there for my meds and unfortunately I’m there a lot. These people get called curse words and everything else. It’s terrible that people act this way. I’ve also found out that target in the commons also has cvs pharmacy inside which isn’t nearly as busy if you don’t like them so much go there! Shout out to some of the staff by the way, they’ve always helped me every time— Kisha, Kendra, Rachel, Heather (both of you dollbabys), Josh, and Amber. I hope one of the employees sees this review and it brightens their day I’ve also called corporate and commended you. May God Bless all the employees here!”
