“1) Visited this McDonald's in the afternoon/ evening for a hot latte. 2) The machine was up and running. ( There is a time period around 5 to 6pm where hot specialty drink machines are shut down for cleaning--I was told this be several employees--don't know why it happens then.) 3) Order was taken promptly. 4) New girl was making the drinks and with only two questions for assistance she got them right. 5) Crew seemed well organized and worked as a team. 6) Facility was clean. 7) The way a McDonald's visit should be.”

“Good mechanics are hard to find but ones that are good and honest are few & far between. Extreme may be a small shop but they are honest, knowledgeable & they go out of their way to help their customers. The owner may not look like your typical mechanic but never judge a book by it's cover. We have had nothing but great experiences with them on several occasions. I have seen them go out of their way to help customers & that is something you don't see everyday. After reading the other review, I would like to hear the mechanics version of what happened. As the customer stated he has an unusual car so common sense dictates that the availability of parts for that car would have to be special ordered, which takes time. As far as saying the shop couldn't give an estimate without "checking it first" sounds quite logical to me. Obviously they can't give an estimate without checking the car, would you ask a doctor to diagnose you without examining you first? Extreme Auto has always done quality work at affordable prices for myself & for everyone I know that goes there. I wish more people would write an online review when they are pleased, not just when they want to complain.”
