  Got a text from them about where items were located. Went directly to the spot. Easy shopping trip. Nice feature. And the inventory was actually correct!

  Enjoy Home Depot although I had a cashier give me 5 minute lecture how for military discounts there not suppose to accept WV license veteran logo, I said Maam that is what they do in WV to show status of being a Veteran she gave me 5 minute story on there not suppose to accept it but she will this one time but never the less she was very nice

  Went there for heat trace and they didn't have shorter length than I needed so I bought a longer section. The employee showed me where some more were kept. Very helpful.

  Only local business that is able to carry necessary building supplies, home needs, electric, plumbing, hardware etc. While there are several businesses that carry one item or the other, Home Depot makes it convenient by having it all under one roof. Most of the staff seem very knowledgeable as well if you have questions on a project or home improvement. Prices are a little higher than you may find elsewhere, but the convenience of not having to go to numerous stores justifies the cost.

  I have visited the Home Depot in Ranson West Virginia a number of times in recent years. Today's visit was to pick up a natural gas log lighter I had purchased on Home Depot's web site. When I arrived I went to the customer service counter, where I was assisted by Amy, who was working at the counter. I was impressed and very pleased by Amy's attitude and perseverance in locating my log lighter. She clearly wanted me to have a good experience, rather than a frustrating one, when my log lighter initially appeared to not be immediately available. Amy not only found my log lighter, but handled the situation in a manner that made it obvious that I was dealing with the kind of person that I wish every employee would be like. Amy obviously wanted me to have a successful and satisfying visit to Home Depot. Consequently, this left me with a strong positive attitude toward Home Depot and its sincere desire for customers to have a good experience when shopping at Home Depot. Clearly, Amy is the reason I had such a satisfying experience at Home Depot today.
