    We recently stayed a weekend at the Ledge House to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I cannot say enough as to how wonderful this bed and breakfast is. Annie is wonderful and a delight to talk to. The service is impeccable and the view is marvelous and scenic. If you are looking for a cozy getaway, the Ledge House is it!

    I have been to the ledge house 3 times so far. Annie is an excellent host. She makes amazing breakfasts, tells great stories and never fails to make her guests laugh :) The rooms are fantastic, I especially love the room with the soaking tub upstairs with it's private balcony!

    I can't say enough about the Ledge House! The house was beautiful and Annie makes you feel right at home. Waking up with coffee and looking out on the best views in Harpers Ferry was like a dream. If I ever get the chance to come back to the area I will be staying here.

    I cannot say enough about this charming, scenic, peaceful B&B. It is nestled among nature with beautiful views of the Potomac and Shenandoah rivers. Great food and, adding to its charm, the lovely innkeeper, Annie. She greets you at the door and within minutes, you feel right at home! Highly recommend The Ledge House!!

    Wonderful experience. Annie and Roxanne were lovely. We stayed in suite 1 - beautiful view from the balcony. One of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in! Staff very accommodating. Beautiful walk to the hiking trails and river for fishing. We had an amazing stay. Thank you!
