Original Site John Brown's Fort

Address: 100-116 Potomac St, Harpers Ferry, WV 25425, USA

Park

“Kind of a humbling experience thinking about John Brown and reading about him. This of course going to where he was and experiencing what was going through his mind around the raid of the fort just makes it very somber. Just trying to think about him and be in his shoes! He was definitely an extreme abolitionist and may have gone about it in the wrong way, but he is definitely worth looking up and studying!”

“It is free. Free is good. An additional place for information about the area.”

Arsenal Square

Address: Harpers Ferry, WV 25425, USA
