The only thing is I wish we didn't have to drive between the Farmhouse and main buildings for the food and spa, but otherwise a memorable experience. Will definitely recommend and return again.”

Met many lovely people sitting around the wood stove, on the porch, or at the two impromptu meals we shared with our host and other guests. My wife and I highly recommend it, and will go back. “This place is amazing, if ever I am in bind and need something quick for my RV they are fast to help and make sure I get what I need. I once needed Propane and felt horrible it was raining but the staff was quick to gather my tanks and get them filled with a smile and friendly conversation. I highly recommend this place to everyone.”

“Nice little hotel, very simple and clean. Good place to just get away. The staff is always friendly. Rooms are clean and neat The hotel is right around the corner from Hollywood casino, very convenient. Beautiful Harper's ferry is just down the road. Full of history and hiking. Connected to Rodeway inn is Alfredo's restaurant. Very good place to eat. The Rhodeway in does offer breakfast. My wife and I go there a few times a year.( It would be nice to get a discounted rate for return Customers)”

“We had our wedding reception here in the Byrd room October 2018. The staff, accommodations, food, our room, everything was amazing. The rooms are a bit outdated but the beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. Jennifer T is the sales rep we coordinated everything with and she is literally amazing!!! She was so detail oriented, helpful, kind and easy to work with. She basically decorated my entire reception for us and put her own take on things too because her and I had very similar ideas. I couldn’t be there as I was getting ready at the church. She made that process and experience perfect and sent me pictures to show the progress as everything showed up and began to prepare. She is truly a wonderful person and great at her job! Our food was exceptional and they stored all of our items for days before we could pick them up and it was all safe. This is an amazing hotel!!! Stay here, book your parties here, eat here- you’ll enjoy it! Better than the Bavarian, if you ask me!”

“My wife and I found that Bavarian Inn were open Christmas day. We made reservations and enjoyed an amazing meal. Since the last time we had eaten there. A cozy new bar with a roaring fire place, leather sofas and chairs were added. Like a prior visit. The food was amazing. For Christmas we had several entrees to select from on a special menu. Amazing food, Great Christmas ambience and outstanding service. Pricing is a little high, but it's well worth it. Looking forward to our next visit.”

“An Awesome place to fish! The lake offers catch and release fishing opportunities for bass, bluegill, crappie, yellow perch and catfish. It is a nice and quiet place to fish with hardly anyone on the lake! The lake is 65 feet at the deepest with an average depth of 35 ft. Also, this is a very clean lake with no trash in the water. The lake is membership based, which helps keep people out who want litter and leave trash about. The membership is a bit pricey, but quality of the fishing is well worth it.”
