“This is the only plumber I've used that I've felt certain the problem would be fixed permanently and efficiently. Our tankless water heater stopped working because of scale and we couldn't fix it since whoever installed it didn't install the bypass valves that are supposed to go with it for maintenance, and it ended up springing a leak as well. Brian Wright plumbing was the only plumber out of all the ones we contacted who said they could put the bypass valves in for us, and let us know it was still under warranty so we could get it replaced. We decided to upgrade to a larger model and he gave us a run down of all the options they had available and the pros and cons for each, as well as a accurate price estimate, and ordered it right away. It's so nice to have hot water again, and it's nice to know there's a plumber in the area we can depend on.”

“Lori was fabulous to work with. ❤ My father was preparing his end of life, after a long fight with bone cancer. She made my parents feel that the more details they were to give her, the better she can share when they were gone. They spent hours with her and even after, my parents couldnt stop talking about her and her interest in them. My father has recently passed. It was very difficult! You can never prepare even watching them deteriorate right in front of you, day after day or week after week. The last week took its toll on him and his appearance. Lori asked for some pictures to help her. She did a fabulous job! It was my dad again laying there. Her attention to detail was remarkable... Even after, Lori's contact with my mom was to console and comfort her. I cant thank Lori enough for all that she did for us during this difficult time. Also to Glen Williams. Thank you both!!”
