“We had originally contacted Jim's for some damage to our back door on our Explorer. We also wanted them to look at some peeling paint on the hood. We were immediately told to contact a local Ford dealership because there has been a problem with the hoods and it should be covered under Ford. We called the dealership and they ordered us a new hood for Jim to paint and put on. If we weren't told about the hood issue we would've paid to have it fixed. They saved us a lot of money. Very honest and the door and hood look amazing.”
