  Excellent experience in these uncertain times. Masks were given to us when we arrived. Their designer let us review the sample books and made sure to help us from a safe distance. I felt comfortable because it was evident they are providing a safe environment for their employees and customers.
  
  FYI-We selected something they had on stock and picked it up the next day.

  Working with Sergenian’s team to install new floor coverings at my business was very easy and a great experience. Very knowledgeable and available sales rep (Rich) made the process smooth. All in all great product at a great price. We appreciate their attention to detail and the care they have for our community. I would recommend them and will use them again in the future!

  Exceptional people and products. They handle everything so it is painless. Pricing is very good. I love that they reclaim the carpet and don't sent it to landfills like all the others do.

  Huge thank you to Wesley and the team at Sergenian's. I had several rooms get new carpet and two bathroom floors tiled at my old house and couldn't have been happier with the quality of work and professionalism. When I moved into a new home and started looking to replace flooring I knew who to call. Once again Wesley and everyone at Sergenian's exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Sergenian's hands down time and time again. Looking forward to getting some new hardwood and more carpet soon!!

  Our experience with Sergenian's was pretty great. Carman helped us pick out carpet for our living room and basement, as well as flooring for our kitchen. We made many trips into the store, trying to decide what was going to coordinate with the features already in the house, and she was so patient and honest with us on what would look great and fit into our budget. There was a slight wait period to get the flooring installed (about 6 weeks) but the installation staff was always on time (if not a little early), worked quickly and professionally, and were able to answer all our questions. I was really glad that they could recycle the old carpet for us, too. My only complaint is that the installers did knock off some fresh (but dry) paint from some of our trim and a pole in our basement, which we had to re-do. But overall we are so happy with how the flooring turned out in our new house -- Sergenian's has helped us transform the house into a home!
