Instructor jumped right in, then broke down the movements, then came around and helped everyone correct their movements and positions. The online class schedule dated 9/2018 is out of date. This image is the current schedule for 1/1/19-4/27/19.

(January 23, 2019, 11:36 am)I love the energy of the space and the variety of meditative practices available including Kundalini Yoga, Zen Meditation, as well as Tai Chi! I teach Kundalini Yoga there and have attended other classes there also.
