“My wife and I have been living here for about 3 years and have loved it. The staff makes a great effort to get to know the residents, make it feel more like a community, and make updates to better serve everyone. Our dog, Goober, absolutely loves visiting the office because the staff love seeing him (and give him attention and treats). Whenever we had an issue, it was handled quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place that cares.”

“Calling is a total waste of time and energy you will absolutely not receive a call back or a response. Email is the best option although it takes them almost two months to respond when the timeframe says 3-5 business days. However, when I went to the office to obtain information on the status of my license Sofia was very helpful and kind and handled my license issuance right away. I’m so grateful to her! I can begin working now after months of waiting. She handled it before I got home!”

“Awesome neighborhood park! Tucked back, just off of Old Middleton Road. This park has a decent sized kid's playground, tennis courts, small basketball courts, and a baseball field. No parking lot, but plenty of street-side parking. One item to keep in mind, N. Rosa can be a busy street, so utilize Elder Place or Bordner Drive to avoid traffic.”

“During this stay at home time I needed to make a run to FedEx to return a package. I was pleased to see that everyone working there was wearing a mask as well as all of the customers. Their signage was very clear - only a certain number of people would be allowed in at one time And social distancing must be observed. The gentleman that helped me with my package was very polite, kind and even though he had a mask on I could tell he was smiling which was a plus. I felt relaxed and comfortable and not stressed or pushed. I say this because I was having a hard time finding my label. He was very patient.”
