“As a young woman, I have had some unpleasant experiences with car repair places trying to take advantage of my assumed lack of car knowledge. Turns out, I actually know a thing or two about cars (which is neither here nor there), but I have been really angered by the shady treatment of some shops. Westside Service Center is the absolute contrary to those businesses. This shop is the best experience I've had, and I drive a clunker so I've had many experiences to collect data! The technicians and managers are extremely respectful and honest about the work that needs to be done, and don't try to sell you anything unnecessary because they think you won't know the difference. I've been here for the past few repairs, and they have been MORE than accommodating, prompt, professional, and are very well-priced. Their COVID-19 accommodations for my latest repair also made me feel really safe. I will recommend Westside Service Center to anyone and everyone, and especially to my friends that would be targets for less honest establishments. In fact, this shop was originally recommended to me by a young female friend with the same positive sentiments. Thank you so much for the great service! I'll be back (and probably soon, because I drive a clunker, after all)!”

“This is one of my favorite lunch spots in Madison. The atmosphere is bright and cheery and staff are always friendly. Food is straightforward lunch and Greek cuisine but it's fantastic, I have never had anything I was not satisfied with. “I have been an opiate addict for going on 18 years. Started harmless enough as knee surgery and knee pain from serving in the Corps. I never thought recovery was ever possible for me. I found Dr. Hamilton online, called made an appointment. She was very kind, respectful. Listened to me. I felt she actually cared about my issues. I was offered AODA counseling at the same location. That was back in 2016. It was a long painful road. She worked with me, and here we are about 2 years later and I'm totally clean. No relapses. Never thought I'd ever get to this point. My wife and children are grateful to have me back. My advice, if you're thinking about getting clean, honestly wanting it, call this clinic for an appointment. The counselor is wonderful to. Listen, I was an addict for 6 years. Very bad addiction. And these kind people were able to save my life. I'd be dead today if I hadn't made this choice. And I drive 4 hours one way from St. Criox County WI to see her. My point, it is well worth the drive and cost. I thought I was a lost cause just waiting to die. This place changed that. Note, if you're just looking to play games, it won't work. She is very intelligent. Catches on quickly. Be serious, be honest and she will change your life for the better. This is my opinion, my story, everyone has their own. I give her clinic 5 stars. Excellent place!”
