Like all home care agencies, it is hard to find enough good people, but after some initial stops and starts, Agrace Age at Home found an excellent in-home caregiver in Claudia, who absolutely just came in and knew what to do and how to help. This was such a relief for my father and for me, to know that someone was checking on him a few times a week, especially when I was unable to or during the pandemic. “I’ve been with Associated Bank for 5 years now and the people are friendly and experienced. Some branches I feel have “children” working due to how young they appear to be are..my preference isn’t that so I don’t go to those branches. And resolves any weary feelings I have about the younger generation. This branch has been great. The only problem I’ve encountered with Associated Bank is opening an HSA account and it being consider valid...but the bank doesn’t actually have anything to do with that specifically so I’m not downgrading them for that. Just great! Keep being amazing!!!”
