But what made it so natural was that my prenatal visits were also at home with Raquel, so she was already familiar with my family and our space prior to the birth. Raquel is highly professional and proficient in her work as a midwife. I can tell that she truly cares about her clients in a holistic way that is also very respectful to diverse family structures and lifestyles (I cannot express how valuable it was for me to feel comfortable and free of judgement with those who attended my birth!). Prior to having Raquel as my midwife, I never imagined how impactful a midwife could be for postpartum support. In addition to checking up on my daughter, Raquel provided a lot of emotional support for me and my partner, which was so helpful during our early fourth trimester experience. I would definitely recommend Raquel Shoemaker as a midwife for those who are seeking an attended home birth.”

“Hard to find a place that could repair my ignition and driver side door locks that were worn and randomly working. After searching the internet I found Locks and Unlocks. The website with helpful videos convinced me they could do the work I needed. Once in contact the work was quickly scheduled. I dropped my car off for service. I was kept updated on any repairs or issues. The technician was honest and upfront with all work. The cost was less than estimated and way better than if I had gone to the dealership! “I love Brookdale! We wanted to move my mother-in-law closer to us, so Randall helped us to make the arrangements between the other nursing home and this memory care. We planned to have the necessary extra helpers, we needed during Covid due to quarantine, and the transfer went very smooth. My mother-in-law's never been happier. I love that it's a smaller place and they show great care and attention. I love that my mother-in-law has her own room. I love that they have a community room, where she can do things together as a group. Staff helpers are really attentive, helpful and Loving. They all do a great job. It's a very caring and loving environment.”
