“This place is great. I know a lot of my neighbors, the area is safe and quiet, the apartments have great sound isolation, and maintenance has been very responsive to small fixes. I like that many of the residents are professionals at Epic and many are older residents that are easy to get along with. I feel very comfortable here and I'm torn between buying a house here and renting this place for another year, but it's been so great here that it's hard to find the motivation to leave. I've been very satisfied and have recommended living at this place to 10+ people, including 3 that have moved in and are now living here.”

“I’ve been using KleanDay for nine months and they are absolutely wonderful! They come every month for a regular cleaning and twice a year I request a deep clean. Each member of the team is professional, respectful, and thorough. They bring all of their own supplies and do a fantastic job in every room of my house. Their costs are comparable to other services in the area. When they arrive, they ask if there is anything special I need done. Before they leave, they always tell me to look around and see if there are any issues. I appreciate that they want me to be happy. They don’t just clean and leave before I get a chance to look around. I love that they treat my pets well. My dog loves seeing them and getting some attention every month from his friends. I appreciate their schedule flexibility by coming to my house on Saturdays. Most of their clients are in the Madison area but I live in New Glarus. I appreciate they are willing to travel out here for me. I wish I would have known about KleanDay a long time ago. It’s just one less thing I have to worry about and do. I am always pleased with the cleanliness of my house when they leave.”
