“I cannot say enough great words about these apartments and the management here. We are new residents and have been absolutely floored with our experience here. We had to move urgently during the pandemic and felt like we were escaping an unlivable apartment with a dreadful company. We found what looked like a perfect apartment here at the Lafayette, but we were unable to see it. Within 24 hours, Grace from Lafayette let us know what was available and we scheduled a video call so she could show us the apartment. She showed us everything she could and showed us the unit via video while filling us in on the amenities that were closed. She was honest, helpful, genuine and welcoming. Sight unseen, we signed the lease and booked our move for a month away. Days later, a garage fire in our old apartment building pushed us to move 3 weeks earlier and we asked if we could move earlier, like 6 days notice and Grace made it happen, adjusted our lease dates and Bridget was able to socially distance and give me keys, even on a holiday. Since we have moved, Bridget, Grace, Andrea and the Lafayette community have welcomed us to an incredible living experience and beautiful community. The amenities are everything we could want -- a yoga studio, fitness center, rooftop lounge, clubhouse with activities, pool, hot tub. We are blown away by how quickly the management team responds to our emails and their willingness to support residents. The pricing is fair, the apartment is beautiful, our lives have been drastically improved by moving here. The location is excellent, the quiet of the area is a blessing, the community here is unbeatable. I wish we had moved in sooner and I look forward to living here for many years.”

“Nice park, lots of parking, a nice picnic shelter house with seasonal bathrooms. (Apparently closed in winter and no ports potty, so go before you go in winter) has a trees around a nice kids playground. Several baseball fields volleyball and tennis courts. Some nice walking areas in woods. They apparently have done some invasive weed removal and there is a nice stand of old oaks to walk through. A nice park. Lots of older walkers in the daytime.”
