“Dr Prpa is wonderful! For years I suffered from pain in my back and numbness in my hands. I was referred by a family friend. What a blessing! Thank you again Doctor for making my quality of life much improved.”

“I had spinal fusion July 2017. Didinsky was a referral from my previous surgeon. He's an excellent surgeon and I'd refer anyone to him. He has zero bedside manner - is all business with little personality just so you know. I had the surgery at his office location on 104th Ave Kenosha. That was my mistake. I have a high tolerance for pain BUT there was no way I should have been sent home same day of surgery. The pain ramped up once I was home almost forcing me to go to my local emergency room. If in a hospital setting the pain could have been controlled. I more or less passed out that night and somehow made it through. Sending me home that night should not have happened. You'll see Didinsky three times: appointment to schedule surgery, day of surgery and a follow-up. Now if something goes wrong you may see him other times. I didn't. The clinic is busy so be prepared to wait. At my most recent visit I waited 90 minutes. The PA's you'll get to know more than the doctors are competent, still it'd been nice to see the surgeon more often.....I get it, they do the surgery while staff does the follow-up. Also I suspect they want patients to have surgery in THEIR surgical suites for a number of reasons. It's now 19 months post surgery and I've hit a bit of a brick wall. After having had an MRI done I scheduled an appointment with Didinsky. To my surprise I met with Didinsky. He reviewed my images and eased my fears about possibly having Adjacent Disc Syndrome. He then went about telling and showing me specific exercises that would likely help my chronic sciatica. In so doing, he told me that he too has chronic back pain from a bulging disc he had while as chief resident. Said he experiences the exact same symptoms I have. That really made me feel more confident and comfortable that what I currently have is treatable and that I'll get back to a very good quality of life in short order. I will likely schedule time with a trusted PT to learn these exercises the right way - vs YouTube or the Internet.”

“I can't give enough stars! Dr. Main goes above and beyond every time! He has done surgeries on both myself and my husband and just last week has done surgery on my husband again but this time for a medial meniscus tear. I felt so confident knowing that he was going to assist in this complex injury that my husband had. I will always refer patients to this amazing Dr and wonderful establishment! Thank you so much Dr. Main! I'm very satisfied once again!”
