“I had two personal checking accounts, a business checking account and a mortgage at another local bank but when the bank was bought-out I had nothing but issues and their new online banking for business accounts was horrendous! The team at Blackhawk helped refi a mortgage my bank couldn't and were nothing but pleasant during the whole process. So, I went to open a personal & business checking/savings and two kids savings account at Blackhawk - I misread their closing time and showed up 30 mins before they closed to open all of these accounts. I apologized and suggested coming back at another time BUT Javi and Dia (sp?) offered to open all 4 of those accounts that day and stayed an hour past closing to help me -FANTASTIC cutomer service! Jessica, the main teller I see often, is always kind and helpful with whatever questions I may have. Given the industry I work in, my hours are often wonky and Matt has personally brought papers to my business for me to sign and personally delivered my mortgage tickets. I have nothing but great things to say about Blackhawk and their wonderful team!”

Only downside was the cashier. Could have been a little more patient while I was reading the menu. Other than that everything was great.”

“Sadly, the Applebee's in Zion IL closed suddenly a few months ago. For this reason, I don't often eat there as often. Recently, I chose to travel the added distance to Kenosha for appetizers. Our server, Thomas, did a great job. Food and drinks were tasty. I will return.”

I am one that will have long hair one day, and then want a certain short cut I see online. I went to Tony with this haircut and I'm not kidding you when I say, he was SPOT ON!!! He did exactly, to a T what I showed him! I've been going to him ever since and will NEVER go ANYWHERE else!!! Why would I?? Actually, today he was sick so I had to reschedule my appointment, and I'm not one that likes to wait, plus I have a funeral to go to on Friday, but I just don't trust anyone else!!
