    The food is absolutely delicious here. We always have steak and lobster with the mushrooms and grilled onions. They definitely like using butter here, which makes it all so yummy. The service was wonderful! This place has a lot of history. I recommend exploring around upstairs and learning about some of it. We will be back!

    For anyone from Chicago to Milwaukee and everything in between, it's the perfect day trip for skiing, snowboarding, and tubing. Friendly and helpful staff, great amenities after the slopes as well.

    Quality rental equipment, too!

    Love this place! Freshly charcoal grilled steak which is hard to find. Always EXCELLENT food. Lobster is great. Never had a bad piece yet. Also get soup or salad and choice of potato. Great appetizers and dessert ice cream drinks! Need a spoon to eat them! They are also large in size and very reasonable $ for the size. Friendly staff and agreat service. Can even sit in front of grill and watch food grill. Now excepts credits card! Recommend making reservations but not required! Enjoy

    I have been going here for years and was sad when it closed down. The new owner have done a fantastic job! The soup might even be better than before! Porterhouse steak and a lobster tail were perfect. Baked potato with all that real butter, still the same! Fantastic staff as well. As far as the upstairs it would be nice to find more memorabilia!
