“I rented a studio apartment at Shagbark and loved it. When I moved in, everything was clean and ready for me. Some people have mentioned that the units are a bit dated, but I think they make up for it in value. For example, I had a spacious kitchen, excellent water pressure in the shower and air tight sliding patio doors to make up for the fact that the appliances were a little older looking. What made me happy was that everything was extremely clean and in perfect working condition. One day, my refrigerator stopped working, and the maintenance staff had a new refrigerator installed within TWO HOURS. All utilities were covered except for a very small electric bill, and the cable was excellent. I loved my time at Shagbark. It's a great place to live.”
