(June 9, 2020, 9:13 pm)Lisa and staff bring an energetic and sympathetic personality to this facility that make you feel like your concerns are validated. Quieter gym than most so I can see where you pay more. What most people don’t understand is if they don’t like the price, they don’t need to attend that location. It’s a flat rate and other AF gyms might accommodate more where this gym just doesn’t have the layout room. Regardless, it’s a comfortable location.

(September 12, 2019, 2:51 pm)I have been very happy with this gym since having joined a couple months ago. The manager (Lisa) has been nothing but kind and helpful. The interaction has never felt like a sales pitch, and it’s clear that developing a friendly and welcoming environment is their main focus. Equipment is well-maintained and they work hard to keep the facility clean.

(January 2, 2018, 12:08 am)This place is bigger than most I've been to. I travel a lot and the equipment here is above average. I love the free weights available and it wasn't that busy. Highly recommended!
