  Tires recommended for my vehicle are great. Very quiet on the highway. Great service. 40 minutes to install 4 tires and check alignment.

  The young man who worked the front desk was so pleasant, very refreshing to see someone who seems to like his job.
  All that I asked for was an oil change and the heat shield needed to be bolted back in place. The mechanic had called and gave me the option of replacing the shield or fixing it temporarily.
  So I went with the cheaper temp repair. Two hours later my car was done.
  The only complaint I have is that “they” don’t look at stickers they put on the windshield as I should have gotten my tires rotated too. It would have been nice to have that done at the same time. And really really nice if they had called me and said “I noticed that your window sticker says etc etc etc, would you like to have that done as well?” Oh well! My bad for not looking at it myself.

  Fantastic experience with richlonn! Everyone was very helpful. Nick was very knowledgeable, polite and personable. I got four new tires and an alignment in under 2 1/2 hours. I would definitely recommend this location!

  This employees here are awesome. I hit bungee cord on the highway and punctured my tire. Although they were about to close they said it wasn’t safe to go anywhere and said they would stay late and try to repair it. Unfortunately, the damage was too severe but they installed my spare and didn’t charge me for anything. Rarely to you come across this level of service and care anymore.

  They gave me a good quote on swapping tires on two of our cars, so the better set can be mounted on the one car that we are keeping. There was some sort of mix up on exactly what I needed done, and even after that mix up, they went right ahead and got things right. Also, I had been told that my back breaks needed work back in July, by another mechanic. Richlonn's inspected them, and found that they were perfectly fine! So not only did they fix the mix up, they saved us $$$ on a break job that we didn't need. That's huge.
