  Auto repair shops face three problems: need for reasonable pricing, proper service center hours, and trained mechanics. Monroe was not different. Previous employees hurt this center's reputation.
  
  The new manager, Eric G, and his mechanics knew they faced a big problem. As a team, they worked together and "slayed the dragon." Thanks to caring for the customer, accurate quotes, and ethics, they made this center a shop that we can trust. Service bays are usually full now, and appointments are recommended.
  
  My car had a front-end failure that made it instantly unusable. With two jobs, that is a crisis. A flatbed truck took it to Monroe for repair. I was not disappointed.
  
  Despite the holiday, Monroe repaired my car within the quoted cost and time. They also called me after receiving the wrong part. It works fine now.
  
  Need to wait for a longer repair? Kopp's, Burger King, and McDonald's are nearby. Shawarma House (Middle Eastern cuisine) is next door. Eat, read, or watch TV during your wait. Let Eric and his team order parts and properly fix your car.
