  Excellent service at a great price! VICKY and her partners were friendly and so helpful. They even saved me money on a watchband. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks again.

  I needed to have my watch battery replaced and could not find anywhere in my area in Oregon that was open due to the quarantine. (Nor did I want to go out.) Did some online research and came across the website for The Jewelry Center in Wisconsin. Their prices were reasonable and they even handled the postage so I didn't have to worry about going to the post office. Their service was excellent - quick and efficient. I give them a big thumbs up and would definitely use them again. And I loved all those smiling, happy people on their website!

  When I went in to the jewelry center I was kind of amused by the selection of jewelry I even got distracted from why I was there in the first place. But the real reason I went to the shop was to take care of a bracelet that was given to me as a gift I was given a quote that seemed some what decent a little high I guess but non the less decent and given a 3 week waiting time to return for this item during this time my excitement started to curve down hill when I was told that the item would be fixed before the due date. The time I waited and finally got my bracelet I received it and it was to short for me who would of thought I was told that with the time I waited I’d be a prioritized customer and would need to wait a week mind you I’ve already waited 3 weeks but there customer service was so polite and heart warming. I will be back long story short you need to wait and be patient with them because the final product will me beautiful I was so surprised with how the bracelet shined in my eyes thank you the jewelry center.

  I absolutely LOVED my experience with the Jewelry Center and most of all the service from Mike Prokop.
  My boyfriend and I went to the Jewelry Center to look at engagement rings. I was in love with 3 different rings and liked different things about each. When my boyfriend (now fiancé) went back to work with Mike, they found a ring that fit ALL of the parts that I loved from each ring. Mike helped find the PERFECT ring for me that is so unique and beautiful!
  Thanks for making my big day SO perfect!

  We have purchased several Alex and Ani bracelets from The Jewelry Center and they have made excellent gifts! My fiance also designed my engagement ring with Dean at the end of last year and I absolutely love it! Great staff at the Greenfield location! :)
