  Want buying a vehicle made easy!?. Couldn’t be more satisfied dealing with Hendrick Cadillac in Monroe. A Huge Thank You To Matt and Paige and also Zack in finance who went above and beyond to be helpful and make the buying process easy and fast in getting what I wanted . Felt very comfortable.

  Hendrick is a first class dealership. The 1st contact by email was handled professionally. Joe High called me immediately and we set up the appointment to view the vehicle. Excellent and through job by Joe from introduction to driving the car off the lot. Great Job Joe!!

  Was looking for a truck for a great price lol.
  Not the perfect time to do it BUT Matt was able to find the THAT TRUCK. It was great. The process was as smooth as you can get. Past down time by talking about life. PLEASE GO SEE MATT AT HENDRICK CHEVROLET CADILLAC

  When you walk into this place to find a vehicle, I hope you take my advice and request Zack Smith, that's it, if you read nothing else in my review, you'd have all the information you needed to have an enjoyable, stress free, no pressure vehicle buying experience, but if you want to know all the good news about this dealership and it's employees keep reading.
  
  We entered and were greeted by Zack, we meant business, we were recently burnt at a "competitor" (the other location hardly competed at all, they just existed). Zack was refreshing, he helped ease us back into the idea of settling on a vehicle. With his calm and no stress approach to our experience, it really was delightful. We laughed, we joked, we enjoyed our time as a whole.
  
  He was able to answer any and all questions we had thrown at him. He was extremely honest about how negotiating would go, well negotiating happened, but not as much as you'd expect in this low inventory market.
  
  The whole time we were navigating having a 7 and 5 year old, no one even batted an eye at them in any way that made us feel uncomfortable for bringing them. Heck at one point while we sat with Philip (from Finance) Zack even watched the kids a bit for us, no kidding this dude is the epitome of "Full Service"
  
  The rest of our experience was nothing less, while meeting with Nathan (Manager) and Philip (Finance). The process was smooth.
  
  We've bought a few cars since living in this state and this was the best experience yet.
  
  We had more of a "Cadillac" experience from this multi-point location than we did at a Cadillac only dealership around the area.
  
  This place is top-notch.

  My very first visit to Hendrick Cadillac Monroe I was assisted by Dave Thomas in service and I think we were destined to meet. Calling Dave is like calling an old friend. Dave has been so helpful and attentive to me, my family, and my vehicle. He is so personable. I love to joke with him, and give him a hard time too but it is always in fun. I trust Dave and that is important to me. I trust his knowledge and his advice. I have had bad experience at another dealerships and it just gives me peace of mind to be able to communicate with the trust my service provider. Dave Thomas is awesome!
