After recently going in for an oil change and new wipers, I mentioned to one of the techs that I bought some from another store but couldn't figure out how to put them on myself. She asked if she could open my back door to take them out, and offered to put them on for me! They could have charged me for their own wipers but did this on their own. VERY much appreciated! The don't up-sell like other places. Also, there's been an all female crew the last handful of times I've stopped. It's awesome to see!”
