“The staff was exceptional. Dean works third shift and was an outstanding customer service representative. He was accommodating and dealt with a couple stressful situations in front of us and was very calm and respectful, even when customers weren’t. Hotel and rooms were very clean. I would recommend this hotel. Definitely will stay hear again when we return to Milwaukee.”

“I am not sure if they have new management or new staff but I didn't experience the complaints other guest expressed. The room and common areas were clean a d well maintained. The food at the restaurant was surprisingly one of the best hotel foods I've had in a long time and all the staff were efficient and friendly. If I ever get stuck in Milwaukee airport again, this hotel will be my first choice.”

“We (family of four-2 adults, 9 & 12 year old girls) ordered 2 cheeseburgers, a bacon cheeseburger, and the WI Melter (pulled pork). We all loved the food! It was also nice and quiet. The Brewer game was on the TVs. The staff was friendly. It was a bit expensive, which isn't a surprise considering it's in an airport.”
