  First time purchasing furniture on my own. Unfortunately my generation is not educated on the options and to know we can finance and be able to have a comfortable durable furniture is something more should know about. Through my apartments and now my first house we’ve always bought secondhand or cheap and it has always disappointed. I’m very excited to have something of quality in my home.

  Bought a recliner chair there $1100.00 and it has been worth the money so far. The sales rep was less than interested, but we managed pretty well by ourselves. It's been 9 months since I have my chair and I love it. ????????

  I walked into the store only an hour before closing feeling I'm just a little overwhelmed because I'm buying a new condo and it needs a lot of work. Barb recommended signing up for the interior design person and it would actually pay for itself if I bought some furniture there so I knew I would anyways. The discounts paid for The Decorator designer if I spend $2,000 or more and I am buying way more than that plus 30% off and it extends that discount until I put the order in. She was very helpful and I left there feeling like I don't have to decide all this by myself. Very good service!

  Jordan helped me out. He was just the right amount of helpful. He gave us space to explore, but also checked in with us at a good frequency. He was very helpful and gave me a heads up on an upcoming sale where I would actually save more if I came back in a few days.

  I traveled to the Oak Creek location because the item I wanted to purchase was located at this location. Not the most convenient of locations but understandable because of the item. When I got to the location I was greeted right away by a friendly, smiling face. When I told her another location had told me the item was there, she right away tried to locate the item. We could not find it in the store. She tried to locate the item and it showed availability at a store very inconvenient for me. I was aggravated and short with the still very friendly associate. My concern was I would travel a much further distance and have the same result... of nothing available. Here's were Barbara persevered and went above and beyond. She did everything she could and came to find the product was in store, but on display. She was outstanding, empathetic and determined to give the best customer service possible! This is an incredible individual that even if the outcome would of been different and I would of had to yet another location... she made sure she exhausted all avenues searching and providing the most amazing customer service! Definitely an asset to your company, and a determined associate to provide your customers with the best! Thank you for all you did for me Barbara your wonderful!
