It was past the return policy date but I thought I'd call them anyway. They not only exchanged them but waived the difference as my new pair was more expensive. I also just bought a pair online and they sent me a thank you note for supporting their store. I find it so refreshing that they showed their gratitude. I have patronized several local stores very loyally and I feel that they could learn something from the old-fashioned, legendary customer service I received. Well done!

Thanks to some inserts, my feet feel SO much better. Great store would recommend to anyone looking for running shoes regardless of running experience.
