I had never been to this urgent care before. Before entering I had to answer some covid questions. The lady was extremely pleasant. After My temp being taken I was allowed inside. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly, quick and efficient. After sitting the screen said I had a wait time of approximately 31-41 minutes. I only waited maybe 15 minutes before I was called back. I was seen by doctor Heather only seconds after the nurse left. I was in and out in less than 35 minutes! I was extremely satisfied that all the staff was friendly. I’ve had previous bad urgent care visits at other facilities which is why I only go if I absolutely have to. I have every intention of coming back in the future for my self and my if needed. Thank you to the staff for all your great work! It’s appreciated!
