“I was referred to Spinal Dynamics to work with a physical therapist for the pain caused by cervical bulging discs. I had received PT before with a different service with no relief, so I had low expectations when I began treatment at Spinal Dynamics. I was pleasantly surprised my first visit. My therapist, Meg, took the time to listen to my symptoms, perform an exam, and discuss her thoughts on a treatment plan for me. She even began with dry needling my first appointment, which brought immediate relief to my tight muscles. I have had a few visits with Meg since then, and each time, she works with me from the first minute of my session to the last (and sometimes a few over), from stretches to dry needling to showing me ways to better exercise by body at home. She has made some great recommendations for products which have brought relief between appointments. I have been so much more comfortable since I began treatment with Meg. She is professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Spinal Dynamics is a great facility; it is clean, well-kept, and the staff is friendly. The gym has large picture windows that look out onto a beautiful golf course. What a great view while receiving therapy! “I had never been to this urgent care before. Before entering I had to answer some covid questions. The lady was extremely pleasant. After My temp being taken I was allowed inside. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly, quick and efficient. After sitting the screen said I had a wait time of approximately 31-41 minutes. I only waited maybe 15 minutes before I was called back. I was seen by doctor Heather only seconds after the nurse left. I was in and out in less than 35 minutes! I was extremely satisfied that all the staff was friendly. I’ve had previous bad urgent care visits at other facilities which is why I only go if I absolutely have to. I have every intention of coming back in the future for my self and my if needed. Thank you to the staff for all your great work! It’s appreciated!”
