  Stallis Strong Fitness is THE BEST fitness community in Milwaukee BAR NONE. Kyle and all of the coaches are committed to helping each member achieve their goals and live their very best lives. After three and a half years at my previous CrossFit affiliate, I was very nervous to join a new community last year. As it turned out, coming to Stallis Strong was the best choice I've ever made for my fitness. Not to mention the relationships and friendships I've made with such quality and like-minded people are very cherished. I LOVE STALLIS STRONG!!!!

  I was a member of CrossFit West Allis for 6 months in 2017 only leaving because I moved out of state. This is one of the best crossFit gyms I have been to not only because of the great community, but also the knowledgeable and hands-on staff. During my trips home I have completed visiting WODs at their new location and it is great! I highly recommend this gym.

  CrossFit West Allis is an awesome place. I started CrossFit about 4 months ago and have only had positive experiences here. Kyle's depth of knowledge and experience is extremely valuable when starting from scratch. He and his trainers will show you the right way to work while making it easy to understand, challenging, and fun.
  
  The staff and members of CrossFit West Allis are all positive and supportive. All workouts are scaled to fit absolutely any fitness level. I've been impressed by what my body is capable of doing, no other exercise regimen had been able to give similar results. CFWA will actually have you looking forward to showing up each day.

  My happy place! :) Wonderful facility and classes. The trainers are knowledgeable, motivating and help to scale any workouts or movements to meet your abilities. I've been a member at CrossFit West Allis for nearly a year. I've lost inches and gained strength, muscle and confidence. I'm in awe every day of what my body is capable of doing. Love this place, and all of the people!
