  Peak Physique has changed my life. After years of struggling with my weight, I knew I had to do something or face a life of limitations. I walked into the gym with bad knees and hips and Ricky knew what to do to make me stronger. He is very mindful about checking with me to be sure the work we do is not injuring me. Ricky challenges me and now instead of saying ‘I can’t’ I say ‘Let’s try it’. I feel so much stronger now thanks to his patience and dedication he gives to all of the Peak members. More importantly there has been a change in my mindset. I really look forward to the activity!

  I've been training here for the last 6 months and it's been great. Ricky is everything you'd want in a trainer - encouraging, creative, pushes you to your max, fun to be around, upbeat, and personal. If you give him a shot, I guarantee you'll be back for more. Whether you're a couch potato or a fitness pro, Peak Physique is the place for you.

  I started going to Peak Physique on the recommendation of a friend. At the same time, I was wasting my evenings on a cardio machine in a warehouse "health club" gym. Peak may not be a health club, but Ricky puts together the best perfect, personalized workouts that earn results. Ricky offers the three things I need most to succeed at a gym: affordability, accountability and structure. I'm actually happy to pay my membership every month because of who Ricky is and the incredible community he's building with his business. The personalized attention and programs he creates means each member gets exactly the training they need at the intensity they need. The best part? I get to walk in the door after a long day and turn my brain off while getting in the best workouts I've had in more than a decade. The laughs we share are certainly a bonus. I've been with Ricky for a quarter of a year so far and I can't imagine working out anywhere else anymore.

  Ricky is amazing! He has a true passion for training! Every workout is different which I love. He is extremely knowledgeable and pushes you to do your best! I have had great results with him in just one month and am exited to see where I will be June first after 30 more sessions with him! Thanks Ricky!
