  Staff and Veterinarians are very friendly and knowledgeable. We take our 2 cats and our dog there and both are doing great. We appreciate the more affordable cost without sacrificing the quality of the service or treatment. Highly recommended.

  West Allis Animal Hospital is a fine place to tend to your pets needs. The facility is beautiful and the staff is friendly. The Doctors are very knowledgeable and patiently explain your pets condition. You get the impression they genuinely seem to care, unlike other places where they seem tired and worn out at their jobs.My only tiny gripe is they seem a bit pricey.However, that seems to be the case at all veterinarian hospitals.

  Dr. Steffan and staff are friendly, helpful, and patient. Prices are honest and fair. They saw my cat on an urgent basis by squeezing us in. It felt so good to know that my little girl's comfort and health was a concern of theirs. My favorite is when administering shots they do the best they can to distract my cats from the injection itself with treats, lovins, and kind words. Thanks guys from my family to yours for always being so amazing!

  We're were not regular clients here but we needed to put our cat down. They were able to get him in next day. They seemed to know exactly who we were when we got there. The staff was very compassionate during this very emotional time & made us feel at ease when we walked through the door. We truly appreciated the care we received.

  We have taken our cats to the West Allis Animal Hospital for the last seven or eight years - and we could not be happier. They are always so gentle and caring with our cats. I had to take one cat to the emergency vet when the clinic wasn't open, and the difference between the way the Vet there handled our cat physically and the level of attention and care could not have been more stark.
  Specifically, our Vet at the Clinic, Dr. Mentjes, is second to none. We are so grateful to have a Veterinarian like him to care for our animals. The rest of the staff is also phenomenal. They took us through the death of my first cat which was utterly heartbreaking - and they cared for us with love and grace. I could not recommend another clinic more!
