“My mom recently passed at this hospice, the staff was very kind and understanding. They checked in every hour on the hour without us having to call them. When we did press the call light between visits they were very prompt. The atmosphere is calming and pleasant. We have big family and had many people going in and out and they were very accommodating. Several of the family members asked several questions and the staff always took time to answer them. After she passed they handled all the details, calls and transportation so we had time to grieve. The Chaplin they called associated with the facility was amazing. In the grief I forgot his name, tall guy very personable. This facility is only 10 beds so it feels like a home more so than a hospital. My family was very hands on when it came to caring for my mother and we were very pleased with the compassion and care at Ruth Hospice.”

And even through the mad rushes, the staff is always smiling and has a good attitude. Great customer service. I only come here for the pharmacy, so I can't say much for the store staff. Everything in the store is overpriced though.”
