“Why I liked this place is because of their receptionists are now nice and persistent with checking in for ur appointments. Their hours are okay other places close at 6pm could be adjusted. Wait times to go into the patient room is maybe 10 to 15 minutes depends on busyness that day. Wait time in the patient room is probably 10 minutes. Cleanings go quick as well as X rays too. The Dentist says u cannot do both they tell u to come back for an "Xray appointment"! Weird buta, that's their rules! The Dentist is very persistent and questions be understandable so he knows ur concerns. He cares about ur smile! :) Yes, the rooms are open so everyone can see, that's how it is they can't change that! I like the fact that they have music but, not any up to date music they play 50's alot! And I can understand that cell phones are not on while in the rooms! Or food do not bring in!”

“Hotel was really nice!! Staff was friendly. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Great shower! We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and it was decent. Not bad but nothing special. The only problem with the hotel is was the toilet. If you are tall the toilet paper holder will get in your way.”

“If you have a shipping container or a dry van you're going to want to approach the south building coming off of 181(76th street) on to Calumet going eastbound. Otherwise you will have to Blind Side or find a place to turn around. Look for the overhead doors. You will see 2 blue doors with a buzzer to request entry. I showed up two hours early to an open window appointment starting at 9 a.m.... although they were in a staff meeting, they still opened the doors and let me bump the dock and said, it's fine that you're early but more than likely you will wait for a while. I received a friendly greeting, now having to wait doesn't seem so bad... they are still picking the order but they began loading 1 hour early at 8 a.m. 4 STARS”
