“My girlfriend and I rented a Shorewood apartment from Pech Properties. The apartment was well maintained and had a recently updated kitchen. Chelsea from the Pech office and the property manager Rene were great and took care of any issues within 24 hours of us notifying him. The online rent paying option is a nice feature and each renter can send their portion of the rent with ease. Also the exit process is simple and within two weeks we had almost all of our deposit back (they give you a checklist of things to clean before leaving the apartment).”

“Solid place. Went there for my emissions test and they squeezed me in at the very last minute and it only took about 5. They renew tabs/plates right there so it's really convenient and it's family run which I love. I haven't gotten anything fixed at their shop but there's a lot wrong with my very old car so I have a feeling I'll be back for more of their services soon.”

“I looked up this store because it was close to my job and I needed assistance quick. When I arrived, I work with a gentleman named Mark. Mark was so helpful, he assisted me with a bulb for my brake light. He replaced the bulb for me without hesitation. I also had a question about coolant, he looked it up on their computer and showed me where I need to fill it. Most places won’t go as far as he did! I really appreciated his help and kindness! I live RIGHT down the road from Lowe's, and it had just started snowing heavily!
