I would highly recommend Eddie for both finding or selling your home.
For selling he made sure he took detailed and professional photos - even aerial photos. He spend a good amount of time getting the best (highest ) market value within reason to sell quickly and near asking value. He accommodated both our family and those interested in looking at our home with showings!
For purchasing - we needed a home fast. He was on it and did his research. He even went to showings when we were unable to make it.
