They stress fundamentals and the importance of doing things right and safely. Programs are well structured with consistent assessments to monitor progress. Training options include individual instruction to small group training. Team based programs are excellent too. We were initially reluctant to sign up our son 1.5 years ago, which was based on a recommendation from his basketball coach, but we’ve never looked back since. We’ve seen significant improvements, both physically and mentally with our athlete. Our athlete has built a relationship with the trainers where their positive interactions have created a desire for him to be a trainer one day.
