Never had an issue. Actually the 2 male employees I have dealt with recently have been great
They went above and beyond helping us resolve an issue in a timely fashion without having to be on hold forever. Even told us we could resolve the issue over the phone without having to come in.
I went in last Friday at 3:15 pm and there was one person in front of me. I waited at most 5 minutes. I was in and out in 10 minutes and the person processing my paperwork was friendly and efficient. I did print all my forms and complete them ahead of time which helped.
