  Five stars, top to bottom. Matt sold us a new Mazda, and the experience was awesome from the start to finish. The manager that I worked with was not "high pressure" at all, and we came up with a reasonable price without the crazy "back and forth" that you might find at other dealerships. I test drove a Mazda at another local Milwaukee dealership, and they lost me when it came time to talk. The folks a Boucher treated us with respect. The waiting area is comfortable, clean, and even stocked with cookies and fruit. The finance department was respectful and very helpful. Great job Boucher Mazda!

  I had a wonderful experience dealing with this Dealership. Specifically Tim Nyquist handled my unique case (New to the US, no credit record) exceptionally well. He was upfront & sorted out all dealings online via email. He went above & beyond to deliver the exact vehicle that I was looking for which was not even on their lot. Answered all my questions that I had along the way in a precise & clear manner. At no point I felt pressured or being sold into something I'm not interested in.
  
  I would definitely recommend Tim & his team if you are looking at Purchasing a vehicle from this Dealership.

  I took my 2012 Mazda 6 in for a simple headlight change. After my visit, my lights weren't pointing correctly. I went back in for an adjustment and was sent on my way. I still couldn't see at night. I finally took it to my mechanic in Grayslake, IL and was told that the headlight housing wasn't put back in correctly on either headlight and on one of them part of it was being held with a paperclip. Really?! I was stunned. Never again.
  
  UPDATE: I contacted Chris as requested and he was super nice! He went through the whole story of my headlights and was shocked. Chris said he was embarrassed by the level of service I received and understood what I had experienced. He asked me to submit the bill from my mechanic for full reimbursement.

  This place is awesome. Cookies, water, TV, comfortable couches, bananas, some other stuff I'm forgetting. I really do not know what else you could ask for. What I highly recommend to do if you get the chance though is take the shuttle service. Why? I'll tell you why. 3 letters. Tom. I just met him today and I think he's the nicest man I've ever had the pleasure to ride with. He has mints, he goes out of his way to make sure you have a pleasurable ride. He's got some cheesy jokes but I found them pretty funny ( I won't ruin them for you.) He has a true passion for life. Ask him about his teaching career and his camping trips. Take advantage, you don't meet someone like this every day.
