“On our way home from Chicago area, I had to use a restroom. It was late and most places were closed and we were still half an hour from home. We pulled into Casey's and I ran in. A man greeted me at the door. I asked if he had a restroom I could use. He said, "Of course," and showed me the location. It turns out that it was 11 pm and time for them to close, but they let me in and were very kind. I really appreciate it and will certainly remember their kindness I'm down that way (and next time I'll spend money!!)!”

“went into the oil change area on July 22 2010 around 11:30am and the two guys were so helpful. During the rain storm my serpentne belt fell off and I had no tools with me. I ran in with little hope for help but the guys were welcoming and showed customer service should be! Fred or John I believe he said his name was helped me out as much as he could, and didnt quit until he was able to fix my problem! what a great guy! I will most def tell everyone i meet about the great service I got there and tell them to go there for oil changes!!! THanks a lot guys!!!”

“Took my 2 boys there for breakfast, my son asked for pancakes with chocolate and whip cream, I told him they didn't do that here and regular pancakes will be just as good and he was happy with that. A couple minutes later the person who took our order said that he could actually do that if he wanted for no extra charge. That little detail made his experience that much better, and he was so surprised to see that.”

“Dale Fluegge is a great business owner. He will go the extra mile to please his customers. What he did for me was extraordinary, something you would never find from another eyeglass shop. This establishment is truly unique. I would recommend them for your next pair of glasses. They don't accept insurance, but Dale will meet (and probably beat) your out of pocket costs of eyewear from your insurance coverage at an in-network provider. My glasses cost +$650 through my network eyeglass provider. Going through Fluegge, my cost to them was $570. I was able to deduct the out of network frame costs ($50) and lenses ($70). So my total cost came to $450, much better than through an in-network provider. Fluegge is great!! Thank you Dale!!”
