“Experience was good! Fabre was easy to work with and was knowledgeable in moving thru the process. Seemed like an extraordinary amount of information was needed to get set up. All information requested was reasonable for this kind of contract agreement. Update: First visit to storage unit. App worked at gate & storage unit. Overhead door not all the way down due to snow/ice. Frozen shut. When raising door, seal on bottom came off & strap that rolls door panel didn't work properly. Strap self-corrected after operating a couple times. Concrete floor had water that was frozen from adjacent units. Once inspection complete, door latch would not engage due to ice, so would not be able to install my own lock until ice gone or removed. Will wait to store items until I can lock the unit.”
