The staff is super nice never had anything to negative about them. They will push you to go for whatever goal you want. There is Surge martial arts and starting point fitness that share this area. It is very affordable for whatever you are wanting to get.

(January 4, 2021, 9:26 pm)Absolutely Love this place and the people too. Extremely impressed with owner Corey Becker and his upbeat, genuine commitment and hands on coaching to every member. Clean & well maintained. You get a lot with your membership. Boxing, Taekwondo , boot camps, weights, yoga, workout classes, great instructors and I’m sure I failed to mention a few other perks. Not sure why anyone would go anywhere else.
