(November 11, 2018, 1:04 pm)This is a large new studio with lots of natural light. There’s enough room to practice any pose. The classes are taught by certified instructors. They are paced slow enough for beginners. The poses offer therapeutic help for people looking for whole body wellness. I’ve gained flexibility, strength and my back feels better. I would recommend this type of yoga to anyone of any skill level.
