A very nice pleasant break from the big box stores, in terms of flooring design and flooring ideas you could walk into the place with zero ideas and look at everything in display and decide what you may like or may not like,
The thing I like the most about them is the wall size portray of each tile format so you get a descent idea of what your choice will look like vs in other stores where you get a glimpse of 2-5 tiles put together
Flooring supply is also good in terms of material and equipment you would need to finish your project
Store is not open until late only until 7PM

I've been looking for a bathroom vanity & flooring. I had an idea what I wanted but I'd never been to floor & decor. Wandered around a bit with my Mom worked had joined me. I had questions. Employee Ashley was nearby, so I asked her for help, she was friendly, helpful, informative, and expeditious. She helped us find both the vanity/sink combo and the flooring I had wanted. I bought them on the spot. My experience was so quick and easy. Ashley was awesome! Then cashing out, cashier, Onique was friendly, kind and helpful. It was a great experience! Floor & Decor you have 2 great employees! I'll review again when the products I bought are installed....

At the point when I walked into the store, I was really struggling to get a grasp on the design scheme for our whole house remodel (1850’s farmhouse). Jane approached me and asked me if I would like some design help. I, of course agreed—I needed it. We set up an appointment for the next week. After speaking with her, I could tell she was really listening and she helped me hone in on what I wanted within the first 10-15 minutes. After three visits with her in about a week’s time, I was able to finalize design plans for every space; something I had struggled to do on my own for a year and a half prior. Floor and Decor’s complimentary design service is truly phenomenal! Jane was so patient, accommodating, and easy to work with. Everyone I encountered at the store has been a delight to work with; Jane in design, Mark at the register, Tyrone and Jamal in the warehouse, just to name a few. This has truly been a great experience and so very helpful. I can’t wait to see how it all comes together when everything is installed! Because of their help, it will be beautiful!

Love this store for all your flooring and tile needs. Prices seem good and they have a lot of options.
