  Bought my car from here and the experience was pretty simple. I negotiated on the price a bit but they were pretty firm.
  
  I worked with Kristen M to get some defects taken care of and she was really nice and down to earth. She was able to get a small issue not covered under warranty comped.
  
  The waiting area is nice with a small concession bar and free wifi.
  
  I'll definitely be buying my next vehicle from them in the future.

  Nate Blattner sold me my 2017 GLI and it was an awesome experience!!! He did everything he could to get the best price possible and to get my payments to be where I wanted them. He was very attentive to details which made the experience 10 times better. Bruce in finance also was great to work with. I will continue to come here!

  Eric took great care of us. I had planned on an older VW and ended up with a much newer and cheaper vehicle. The whole team took great care of us. I almost went to another large dealership in Madison but I am very glad that we ended up here.

  I worked with Nate he was a great help, I didn’t get the pushy sales guy vibe which was great. He worked with me to get the best deal. Definitely recommend Volkswagen!
